Return & Exchange Policy
At paniharivastra, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, in case you wish to exchange a product, please go through our exchange guidelines below:
Exchange & REPLCEMENT POLICY ONLY – No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchange & replce is allowed as per the conditions mentioned.
Pickup by Us (Optional):
If the customer opts for pickup service arranged by us, he/she will have to pay a shipping fee of Rs 150 per piece.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Once we receive the returned parcel, our team will conduct a thorough quality check to verify the product condition:
Only one time exchange & replacement policy avialable
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
The original product we sent must match the returned item.
The tags and packaging must be intact.
This process will take 8 to 10 days.
Ineligible Returns:
Any returned product that fails the quality check or is not the original product shipped will not be eligible for exchange and no further action will be taken. Have the customer hand over the return parcel to the delivery boy and share the same video and photo with customer care for proof.
Exchanges are accepted if the customer wishes to exchange their dress for another dress of equal or greater value. (We do not offer free shipping for exchanged dresses; however, the original product is shipped at the customer's expense.
If the customer sends the item themselves, exchange and re-shipment fees will not be charged.)
Return will not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
