Yes, absolutely! Once your order is placed, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) number within 1–2 days via email or SMS.

Why Is My Order Being Shipped in Different Packages?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses depending on availability and delivery speed.

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?
